PAYMENT METHOD



  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

  • We also will accept Bank Money Orders / Cashier's checks. Personal or business checks are also accepted, but merchandise will be held for shipment 10 business days after date checks received.

  • Shipments are made to your credit card billing address* or To the address imprinted on checks*.

  • All non-dealer purchases shipped within California Are charged 7.5% sales tax.

  • Following information is needed for order processing:

    • Full Name
    • *Shipping Address
    • Daytime Telephone Number
    • Current e-mail address
    • Year, make, and model of vehicle

SHIPPING

  • Our normal shipping is done with FedEx Ground, with most deliveries in 3-4 business days from time shipped. Most orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the time order is received with all necessary information. All customers are called prior to shipping to verify details of order and to advise of freight charges for shipment. You will be e-mailed order confirmation and tracking information immediately after shipment is made.

  • Customers should thoroughly inspect order upon delivery. If your order has obvious damage, you do have the option of refusing that item and FedEx will return merchandise to us at no charge to you. We will ship replacement product ASAP on receipt of damaged item. If you have already accepted delivery and discover damaged merchandise immediately call shipping company and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you directly for damaged merchandise.

WARRANTY

  • All products sold are covered by manufacturer's warranty. That warranty being extended to end user.

  • We can assist, if needed, in fulfillment of manufacturer's warranty.

  • Customer is liable for all shipping and handling costs for any returns due to warranty needs.

  • There are no warranties, other than manufacturer warranty, either expressed or implied, Including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular use/purpose.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

  • No returns or refunds on "Special Order" merchandise.

  • All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless an error on our part occurred in fulfilling your original order.

  • Customer is liable for all shipping costs on returns including returns for any warranty issue.

  • When purchasing wheels alone, have "all" wheels test fitted to vehicle prior to mounting tires. Once tires are mounted on wheels there is absolutely no allowed return on wheels.

  • Used wheels and tires that have been mounted on vehicle cannot be returned.

  • Refused orders shipped via FedEx are charged freight both ways and will not be refunded.

  • Report any damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of receipt. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
